Do you pay referral fees to agents and attorneys?

Yes, whenever it's legal to do so. For licensed real estate agents, we pay a flat referral fee wired on the day of closing (typically 25% of our assignment fee, averaging $1,500–$5,000 per deal). For attorneys, we follow state bar rules on referral compensation — in states where direct fees aren't permitted, we offer reciprocal referrals back to your practice.

What kinds of properties should I send your way?

Any property where your client needs speed, certainty, or a buyer who'll take it as-is. Common fits: distressed properties needing major repairs, inherited homes out of state, occupied rentals with difficult tenants, pre-foreclosure situations, probate estates, divorce sales where both parties need out fast, tax lien properties, and expired listings that didn't sell. Will you compete with my active listings?
